Applied naming changes for consistency and to follow camel case, after discussion with @Barthelemy
Changes include:
Use set(LIBRARY_NAME ${MODULE_NAME}) wherever posssible
Renamed TPCsimulation -> TPCSimulation
Renamed TPCbase -> TPCBase
Renamed itsBase -> ITSBase
Renamed itsSimulation -> ITSSimulation
Renamed Bucket -> bucket wherever possible
Removed obsolete itsmft/ and o2cdb/ directories
